Treasurer / Finance Director
What You’ll Do
The Treasurer plays a critical role in the financial governance of Purposeful Partners and its partner companies, overseeing financial health, transparency, and sustainability across all sectors — including NDIS services, SDA real estate, healthcare, and youth programs. This position ensures financial practices align with regulatory requirements and strategic goals, while advising the Board on financial risk, budgeting, and long-term investment.
Oversee the financial management and reporting processes across all entities
Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial risk
Provide strategic financial guidance to the Board and executive teams
Ensure compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations (across for-profit and not-for-profit sectors)
Chair the finance and audit committee (if applicable)
Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and investment advisors
Support sustainability planning and resource allocation across services

Strategic Thinker: Comfortable advising on long-term financial planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation across multi-entity operations.
Risk-Aware: Understands financial risk, compliance obligations, and regulatory frameworks relevant to diverse sectors including NDIS, SDA, healthcare, and community services.
Clear Communicator: Can translate complex financial information into clear insights for non-finance board members and stakeholders.
